Please include the email address for your Tereo account, the device and iOS version you are using, and a short description of the issue or request. Do not include private prayer details unless they are necessary for the support request.

Account Deletion

Account deletion is available in the Tereo app from the Settings page. Open Settings, go to the Privacy section, choose Delete Account..., then confirm with Submit Deletion Request.

The in-app deletion flow starts deletion of your Tereo account and synced app data through the supported backend process. The app will show whether the request was completed or is pending manual review.
